About The Position

We’re seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life through memorable events and impactful client experiences. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of everything from industry conferences to client activations and sponsorships, working cross-functionally to deliver experiences that drive engagement and business results. Event Strategy & Execution Plan, manage, and execute global and regional events including industry conferences, client engagements, sponsorship activations, and hosted experiences. Develop experiential strategies aligned with business objectives, brand priorities, and audience needs. Lead international experiential initiatives across key regions, ensuring strong global brand consistency with local market relevance. Ensure all programs reflect cultural nuances and regional audience insights. Oversee both in-person and virtual experiences to maximize global reach and engagement. Vendor & Operations Management Own end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, production coordination, travel planning, catering, and on-site execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand event experiences. Support Sales through high-touch client activations, executive meetings, and relationship-building programs. Lead internal and external gifting initiatives—including holiday programs, client sends, and employee moments—with creative, on-brand execution. Manage swag programs end-to-end, including sourcing, design, production, and fulfillment. Measurement & Optimization Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution and efficient spend. Track and analyze performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize future programming. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential best practices to continuously elevate experience quality.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or related roles.
  • Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus;
  • Proven ability to lead experiential programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering meaningful brand experiences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for events.
