About The Position

Sanas is seeking an Experiential Marketing & Demand Generation Lead to design and execute programs that move beyond events and directly fuel pipeline growth. This role blends the creativity of experiential marketing with the precision of demand generation, ensuring that every webinar, event, and branded experience creates measurable business impact. You'll play a hands-on strategic role-from building our first annual Sanas customer conference to designing thought-leadership webinar series that engage enterprise buyers. This is a chance to build a field and experiential engine from the ground up, helping Sanas reach enterprise decision-makers in customer experience and communications. The role is a demand gen driver who uses experiential programs as a growth channel across both B2B and B2C markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, experiential/field marketing, or related growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling webinar series or virtual events that generate pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation metrics and how to tie experiential programs to revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience working across both B2B and B2C markets, with the ability to tailor event strategies to enterprise buyers and consumer audiences alike.
  • Skilled at managing budgets, agencies, and vendor partners, while rolling up sleeves to execute details.
  • AI and tech fluency: Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to align programs with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Creative, strategic, and resourceful-a builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can balance strategy with execution.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the marketing process and a willingness to continuously explore new AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the experiential demand generation strategy: Develop a comprehensive experiential program that drives awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Run thought-leadership webinars & virtual events: Build and manage a recurring webinar and digital event series that positions Sanas as the leader in speech understanding, creating top-of-funnel demand and nurturing prospects across the funnel.
  • Build Sanas's proprietary event portfolio: Lead the end-to-end design and execution of Sanas's first annual customer conference and future branded events-owning content, agenda, speakers, experience design, and pipeline strategy.
  • Maximize impact at industry events: Elevate Sanas's presence at third-party conferences, ensuring all activations (booths, speaking, dinners, activations) are engineered for lead capture and conversion.
  • Integrate with demand gen campaigns: Partner with demand gen, content, and sales teams to promote attendance, amplify event content post-event, and plug leads into nurture and ABM programs that accelerate conversion.
  • Lead capture & follow-up strategy: Architect and optimize the lead flow-from event capture systems to CRM integration to post-event workflows that ensure sales has what they need to close deals.
  • Measure pipeline impact: Establish and report on KPIs tied to pipeline influence, lead quality, and ROI, using data to continuously improve event formats and targeting.
  • Manage partners and budgets: Oversee agencies, vendors, and contractors; manage event budgets with fiscal responsibility while maximizing impact. (Over time, this role may manage a junior coordinator as the function grows.)
  • Experiment & innovate: Identify new opportunities, formats, and creative approaches that stand out in a crowded market-leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, personalize outreach, and generate content.
