We’re hiring a Marketing Lead (Demand Generation) to own demand gen end-to-end and build RevinAI’s marketing engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with 3–5+ years of experience who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants real ownership—not just execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, partner tightly with sales, and shape how RevinAI is positioned in the market. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand gen, growth, product marketing, or brand marketing
  • Proven 0 → 1 marketing experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience across content, product marketing, brand, conferences, partnerships, and demand generation (must-have)
  • Strong execution skills across multiple channels—not just strategy
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a demand generation engine from the ground up
  • Drive inbound pipeline through content, paid channels, SEO/SEM, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute content strategy across website, blog, and sales enablement
  • Overhaul and optimize the RevinAI website for conversion and search
  • Plan and manage conference strategy , logistics, and on-the-ground execution
  • Own and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales to align messaging, pipeline goals, and attribution
  • Establish foundational marketing processes, tooling, and reporting (HubSpot)
