Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Team player with a commitment to quality and efficiency
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Toyota or other OEM certification preferred, but not required
  • Virginia State Inspection License a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Accurately document repairs using dealer and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back
