Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Mercedes-Benz ; German luxury brand experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical proficiency
• Commitment to delivering workmanship that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard
• A positive team player focused on exceptional customer service
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Own standard tools required for daily technician responsibilities
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles
• Document all work performed on repair orders per company and manufacturer guidelines
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools, systems, and software
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver an outstanding ownership experience
