About The Position

Our team at Wynne Ford is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join us in Hampton, VA. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise. Understand, stay up to date, and promote the products and services offered by the dealership. K Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses. Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Negotiate closure clearly and concisely. Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively. Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Willing to submit pre-employment background check and drug screen
