Competitive Compensation with Realistic earning potential: $80,000–$120,000+ per year, at our High Volume dealership we bring in consistent opportunities by maintaining a Strong Inventory of New Ford and Late Model Used Inventory. Requirements

  • Six months of Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
  • Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Adaptability to New Technology: Demonstrates a proactive approach to staying informed about new software, apps, and digital sales solutions that improve efficiency and communication.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Technologically proficient (CRM, digital retailing tools, texting, video, email follow-up
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
