About The Position

AirHeads HVAC is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Copperas Cove, TX clients' homes to provide maintenance, help with installs, and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. We offer this position an hourly wage of $19.00 - $30.00, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses! The typical work schedule is 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings are required occasionally). We also provide excellent benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, Roth IRA company match, health insurance, company phone, vehicle, and uniform, continuous company paid training, and year-round work! There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. Requirements

3 + years service experience
EPA Certification
High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques (making repairs, replacements, and doing tune-ups
Ability to acquire a low voltage license within 2 years of employment
Ability to acquire NATE certifications within 1 year of employment
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles, and safety
Willingness to attend continuing education training and seminars
