Rosenberg Indoor Comfort in San Antonio, TX is searching for a dedicated team player to join our team as a full-time Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician . YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN This full-time heating and air conditioning service position works a consistent schedule from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Your day as an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with our heating and air conditioning company starts with a team huddle, getting updates and planning your service calls. You're out in the field, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring homeowners stay comfortable year-round. Each job is different, and you might be troubleshooting a furnace in the morning and tuning up an AC unit in the afternoon. You communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and providing solutions with professionalism and care. With every service call, you take pride in delivering top-quality work, keeping homes running smoothly, and making a real difference in people's comfort.
