As an Experienced New Car Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the purchase or lease of new Ford vehicles, providing a respectful and straightforward buying experience. This role is floor-focused and requires strong sales skills, follow-up, and long-term relationship building with customers.

Requirements

Minimum of one year experience in automotive sales
Proven ability to build rapport and close sales effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Organized and detail-oriented with a professional approach to sales
Valid driver’s license
Availability to work Saturdays; Sundays off

Responsibilities

Engage customers on the showroom floor and conduct needs-based consultations
Present and demonstrate new Ford vehicles, including coordinating test drives
Maintain up-to-date product and inventory knowledge through regular lot walks
Work closely with Sales and Finance Managers on pricing, trade values, and financing options
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Complete all required sales documentation accurately and timely
Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand vehicle features and technology
Participate in manufacturer training sessions, meetings, and development programs
