Requirements

• Proven success in automotive sales leadership
• Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for results
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital retailing tools
• A drive to win and a commitment to team success
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
