The Architect of Luxury Experience As the driving force behind our new car sales department, you will: Command and elevate a high-performing luxury sales team Build and execute strategic, customer-centric sales processes Maintain an uncompromising Mercedes-Benz‑level guest experience Optimize inventory, manage allocations, and work closely with OEM partners Analyze performance + market trends to engineer nonstop improvement Recruit, coach, and grow top‑tier sales professionals Uphold the highest standards of compliance and brand excellence This is a role for a leader—someone who inspires, strategizes, and delivers results that move the needle. The Elite Brand Strategist 3+ years of Sales Management experience in a luxury or premium dealership Preferred experience with German luxury brands: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc. A history of shattering sales targets and elevating team performance Mastery of the luxury sales experience and customer journey Elite communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency with CRM and dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) If you know how to lead from the front and elevate every customer touchpoint, you’ll thrive here.
