About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Materials Management Analyst (Level 4) to join their dynamic team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves guiding integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to achieve optimal solutions. The analyst will lead cross-functional teams in introducing new tools and techniques and present performance analysis to senior managers. Key responsibilities include investigating complex ordering conditions, developing and implementing new ordering methodologies, and ensuring organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations. The position also requires creating complex schedules, developing materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals, and identifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing best practices, processes, and procedures for SCM. The analyst will recommend changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies and lead teams responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining improvements. This role operates under minimal direction and is expected to be 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship, and a final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system.
  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with project management.
