Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work any shift, as needed
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement.
• Provides advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organization efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports.
• Utilize Lean tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Applies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns.
• Uses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
• Gathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processes.
• Analyze production data to identify and eliminate high-impact systemic issues, translating data into actionable implementation plans.
