About The Position

With 16 global facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking an Experienced Maintenance Operator to join our team. As an Experienced Maintenance Operator, you will perform general maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility grounds to support safety and reduce downtime. Work includes electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks.

Requirements

Trade School or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience required
2+ years of manufacturing or related maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read schematics and work independently.
Flexibility for changing priorities and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage electrical systems, motors, transformers, wiring, and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and plumbing issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical presses and facility systems.
Conduct inspections, use diagnostic tools, and complete maintenance work orders.
Follow safety procedures and applicable regulations.
Oversee preventative maintenance program for the facility which includes scheduling vendors for PM’s and or repairs
Order various items needed for preventative maintenance, equipment maintenance as well as the facility and grounds maintenance.
Working on compressed air system as well as dust collection systems.
