JOB DETAILS: Full-Time Greer, SC Wages starting at $21/hr +/- based on experience JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate paver with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Effective communication skills applicable to position. Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedication to safe work practices. Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in an asphalt paving operation. Experience working road construction in high traffic areas preferred. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours when necessary. Pass pre-employment drug screen. Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9.
