Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years' multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to HR resource for managers and employees.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Manage HR processes in ADP Workforce Now and support payroll operations.
• Coordinate training programs and provide actionable workforce insights.
• Drive compliance and policy development across multiple locations.
• Mentor HR team members and contribute to culture-building projects.
