Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and comprehend user needs.
  • Proven ability to remain professional, respectful, and patient in all interactions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.
  • Must have a valid Passport – required
  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC card upon hire
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous, timely, and effective support.
  • Install, configure, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software in compliance with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN, VoIP systems, videoconferencing tools, digital signage, and other computing equipment.
  • Deploy and support mobile and remote devices (iPhone, Android, handheld scanners, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate computer and equipment asset inventories.
  • Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure system, process, and user documentation is current and complete.
  • Support system security and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform technical analyses and contribute to business proposals as needed.
