Requirements

  • Previous Ford dealership experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service department (Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager)
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Ability to quickly identify and address customer concerns
  • High energy, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems
  • Ability to learn new technologies and manufacturer procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong personal and professional integrity

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
  • Listen carefully and document vehicle concerns and symptoms
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
  • Coordinate appointments and establish realistic completion timelines
  • Arrange loaner vehicles when needed and verify insurance coverage
  • Monitor repair progress and provide proactive updates to customers
  • Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and invoices reconcile with work performed
  • Review completed repairs with customers and explain all services and charges clearly
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
