The Main Shop Service Advisor is responsible for assisting our clients throughout the repair process and writing repair orders for our technicians. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous service writing.
  • A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention-to-detail.
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and/or experience in Hyundai Advising is highly desired.
  • Experience in CDK + Xtime is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
  • Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
