Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A calm, customer-first approach—even under pressure.
  • Ability to use multiple computer programs efficiently and simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Minnesota driver’s license meeting insurability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting customers and helping them feel welcome and supported.
  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and offering knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Preparing accurate, transparent service and repair estimates.
  • Ensuring every service is completed to the highest standard and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an organized, professional workspace.
  • Staying current on automotive technologies and industry trends.
  • Providing outstanding support to the reconditioning department, service director, and service/parts teams.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively across departments.
