Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first). Our Experienced Bike Patrol ensures safety on the mountain by patrolling and monitoring for safety concerns, guest issues, and trail hazards. This position enforces safety regulations and policies, while providing guests the Experience of a Lifetime!

Requirements

  • EMT with patient care experience
  • Ability to access terrain via mountain bike preferred with appropriate certification
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to withstand inclement weather conditions for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance on bikes such as changing flat tires, brake adjustments, and proper inspection of bikes for safety
  • Assist with trail design, construction, and repair & maintenance
  • Coordinate with other departments and outside agencies
  • Respond, stabilize, and transport guest injuries on property, on trails, at base activities, and by staffing Base Patrol
  • Interface with EMS and Sheriff’s Office on patient transfers and off‑property assistance as governed by local and county EMS protocols
  • Monitor trails to identify hazards and determine required maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
