About Transcend Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven systems to one, standardizing processes to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that enables agility and scalability across the business. Additionally, Transcend will remediate end-of-life system exposure expected toward the end of this decade, reducing risk while enabling long-term sustainability. Role Purpose The Senior Functional Analyst – Customer Excellence provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within Transcend. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts. Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
  • Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and Manufacturing-to-commercial system integrations.
  • Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
  • Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.
  • Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Support and mentor Functional Analysts, providing guidance on functional approach and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
  • Lead or coordinate Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the domain.
  • Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Provide senior functional support during deployment and hypercare.
