The Midwest Business Area is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Experience Center Coordinator to help champion the brand experience within our Milwaukee Axis Experience Center. This role is instrumental in delivering a world-class environment where partners, customers, and internal teams can meaningfully connect with Axis innovations. Helping create meaningful touchpoints that reinforce the Axis brand. · Champion the first impression through reception and office coverage, warmly greeting guests, and delivering clear, professional guidance in alignment with event and visit objectives. · Enhance the visitor journey by managing guest sign-ins, issuing badges, and reporting on meeting activity to support marketing analytics and experience-center planning. · Protect the Axis brand experience by ensuring the facility is immaculate and presentation-ready before, during, and after all customer and internal engagements. · Maintain an exceptional hospitality standard through proactive food, beverage, and supply inventory management. · Collaborate seamlessly with the Senior Event Coordinator to support AEC activations, onsite events, partner engagements, and other experience-driven initiatives. · Support regional marketing execution by assisting the Field Marketing Manager with lead management, budget tracking, local purchasing, and operational requests. · Serve as the primary liaison with the building landlord to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations. · Oversee logistics by managing inbound/outbound packages and coordinating shipping needs tied to events and demos. · Curate hospitality experiences by coordinating catering services and maintaining strong partnerships with local hotels and vendors. · Jump in where needed, taking on additional responsibilities that elevate the Experience Center and contribute to the Midwest marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience—2+ years in any marketing role or 3 years in hospitality.
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, or solid internship experience, ideally in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
  • Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and confidently support onsite events and facility needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings, training, or regional marketing initiatives.
