Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Design, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Service Design, Process Transformation, or Management Consulting.
Hands-on experience or certification in Salesforce preferred.
Ability to communicate complex design concepts with business logic and ROI data.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and their capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the discovery and mapping of complex service journeys, identifying 'moments of truth' and systemic friction points.
Develop high-fidelity service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and customer journey maps aligned across departments.
Design and facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to move from problem identification to solution architecture.
Create service processes optimized for digital-first delivery, ensuring robustness for international markets.
Evaluate changes in tech stack and their impact on user experience, ensuring seamless data flow.
