About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Architect. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and execution of architectural projects globally. You will engage with an international team of architects, designers, and engineers, leveraging your technical proficiency to close critical projects. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will influence design intent while managing client relationships. Your contributions will directly affect the success of cutting-edge architectural solutions across diverse markets.

Requirements

  • Rhino 3D (4+ years, highly proficient) + strong Grasshopper understanding.
  • 4–8 years in an architectural office / complex architectural systems environment.
  • Strong experience in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and complex geometry.
  • Proven ability to work in a sales-driven role, with strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing bids, tenders, contracts, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong estimating and commercial awareness to support closing projects.
  • Comfortable managing admin workflows and CRM discipline with Salesforce / Dynamics / similar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing sales conversations and drive projects from early engagement through award.
  • Understand the full project lifecycle, key stakeholders, and decision-making structures.
  • Work closely with architects to influence design intent and secure specifications.
  • Support bids, proposals, tender documentation, and contract coordination.
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution strategies in an international environment.
  • Managing estimating, scope clarification, and pricing alignment to win projects.
  • Coordinate technical outputs including proposal drawings, detailing, and project scheduling.
  • Maintain opportunity tracking and follow-up through CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
