About The Position

This role is critical in directing the BI & Analytics team's modernization efforts, ensuring the integration of state-of-the-art technologies for data architecture. The Data Architect will be engaged in a global collaborative environment, designing solutions that meet the evolving demands of GenAI and AI. The role requires a self-starter who can lead effectively, champion quality, and manage their workload while fostering a supportive team atmosphere. Finding sustainable architectures to support business needs will be a key focus, ensuring alignment with best practices and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Database Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
• In depth experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrates a growth-oriented and learning mindset.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with data modeling, integrating with modern platforms, and GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business needs and enterprise guidelines into robust data and solution architectures.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects.
• Lead Integration & Governance: Manage enterprise integrations and support secure data ingestion and governance processes.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on maintainable code and develop proof-of-concepts.
• Drive Lifecycle & Roadmap: Oversee technology roadmap and support Agile planning.
• Maintain Expertise & Innovation: Stay current on trends and collaborate with vendors.
