About The Position

Manage user provisioning for a portfolio of financial applications Support users by serving as the functional expert on financial systems, apprising end users of new features, responding to tickets and by providing training and knowledge base documentation Manage interfaces into and out of applications Manage projects for upgrades to applications, as well as enhancements for changing needs for the applications Build and maintain reports in Concur Maintain GL master data (cost centers, etc.) in various systems and lists distributed throughout the company Perform activities to support internal control environment, including following appropriate guidelines for user access approvals, performing system change controls, and executing quarterly user reviews Other duties as considered necessary to support financial systems Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to prioritize deadlines and keep up with open tasks, as demonstrated by prior project objectives being successfully delivered. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to break down complex problems into achievable solutions. Ability to be a self starter and dig in to learn new systems, from both the user and support level. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to adapt and adjust to quickly changing priorities to fulfill the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Prior administration or super user of SAP Concur. Certification on Concur Expense Professional Edition would be a major plus.
