About The Position

Artisan Design Group – or ADG – is a leading supply chain partner to homebuilders throughout the United States. The Expeditor plays a critical role in supporting sales and operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position serves as a central point of coordination between sales, operations, warehouse, and customers to maintain clear communication and timely order execution. The role reports to the Company President and supports daily business operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with standard weekday business hours. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting sales, project teams, or administrative operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills sufficient to support order processing and related transactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in flooring, construction, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience with RFMS or similar business management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, including ordering materials and tracking order status.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone and email regarding order updates, changes, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including product specifications, drawings, and floorplans.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, changes, and reminders to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with project requirements.
  • Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
