Requirements

Experience with inventory and business sales systems
Very organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong work ethic
Experience managing a large workload
MS Office Proficient
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent record keeping and time management skills
Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment
Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team and commitment to constant improvement
Computer literate in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Committed to 100% accuracy

Responsibilities

Quotations, tracking, and proactive Customer Service
Provide customer and inside sales support for projects
Work with associates in developing ship schedules, proactively sharing those schedules with customers
Maintain relationships with internal North Coast sales associates
Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
Warehouse duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
