Join our vibrant outpatient multi-disciplinary Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab team and play a key role in helping patients rebuild their strength and confidence. You'll work alongside a supportive group of professionals-including registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and dietitians-in a beautiful space designed to enhance both patient care and staff experience. As part of our program, patients also benefit from intensive cardiac rehab certified education workshops that focus on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and long-term wellness, allowing you to help guide them toward sustainable, heart-healthy living. As an exercise physiologist on our team, you'll enjoy a balanced schedule with minimal weekend commitment-just one Saturday every eight weeks with a flex day off during the week. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while growing your skills in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on healing and prevention. The Exercise Physiologist works as part of an integrated clinical team and is accountable to design an exercise prescription based on each Rehab participant?s clinical status and/or exercise testing results. The Exercise Physiologist I will monitor physiological data and make appropriate adjustments for the safety and therapeutic benefit of the patient/participant. They will also assist in the education of participants and interact and communicate effectively with other disciplines involved in care of adult and geriatric Rehab participants. This level requires guidance and mentoring for completion of essential job functions.
