The Executive Vice President of Culture is responsible for the strategic development and execution of operational plans to advance the Chief Culture Officer’s vision and priorities. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational culture, change management, and systems-building excellence. The EVP will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen connection, alignment and performance across Orchestra, including enterprise learning and development, leadership and manager effectiveness, internal engagement, and cultural integration across operating companies. As an EVP you’ll manage a team of culture and learning leaders and will partner closely with senior leaders across Orchestra to foster a cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.
