About The Position

This role is pivotal in shaping the senior leadership of a fast-growing, high-impact organization. You will own director, VP, and C-level hiring end-to-end, partnering with executives to define success profiles, identify top-tier talent, and deliver a seamless hiring experience. The position requires proactive market mapping, relationship-building with passive and high-caliber leaders, and strategic advisory to influence hiring decisions. You will combine research, networking, and executive-level judgment to bring transformative leaders into the organization. Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with 5+ focused on executive or senior leadership hiring, preferably in tech or executive search
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract passive and top-tier executive candidates
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, talent mapping, and providing insights to guide stakeholder decisions
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to work effectively with senior executives
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience mentoring recruiters and contributing to talent acquisition strategy
  • Strong judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches, from market mapping to offer negotiation and closing
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role scopes, success profiles, and long-term talent strategies
  • Build and maintain “always-on” pipelines of high-caliber executive talent for current and future needs
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and provide data-informed recommendations to influence hiring decisions
  • Deliver a high-touch, tailored candidate experience reflecting the seniority of the roles and organizational values
  • Continuously improve executive hiring processes, assessment methods, and interview rigor
  • Mentor other recruiters and contribute to the evolution of talent acquisition strategy and best practices
