THIS ROLE WILL BE 5 DAYS/WEEK ONSITE IN BOSTON, MA AT THE WINTHROP CENTER. MUST BE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OR WILLING TO RELOCATE. Overview: Directs the daily workflow of regional “headquarter” office administrative support team. Exercises supervisory authority over team responsible for supporting senior executives and activities in the office. Provides operational support for meetings and events for employees and customers held at the location. Manages the customer experience for visitors to the office, ensuring exceptional service.
