Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
