The Executive Steward supports in overseeing all facets of the Stewarding Department. The Executive Steward ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department. This person must also set-up and maintain inventory of supplies, plan and budget the purchasing of china, glassware, and silverware for the entire F&B division. In addition, this person coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Stewarding staff. We are looking for individuals who have prior knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment and management experience in working with banquets, restaurants, or kitchens.
