About The Position

This role will support executive search efforts across the enterprise and play a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders throughout the executive recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Typically requires 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search support, or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules for executive-level candidates, including panel interviews and leadership engagements.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a high-touch experience.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and virtual interview logistics as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and executive search databases.
  • Prepare candidate summaries, interview guides, and feedback forms for hiring teams.
  • Support offer and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stages of the search process.
  • Support executive search reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Handle sensitive candidate and organizational information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Uphold a professional and welcoming experience for all executive-level candidates.
