Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities

Responsibilities

• The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• managing both sides of the desk
• focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones
• interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.
