About The Position
Complete Job description: Job Position: Recruiter. Duration: 12 Months+ Location: Washington, District of Columbia 20233 Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS Fully fluent in English and Spanish Demonstrate experience and expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity regarding Spanish- speaking populations Locate interviewing space and coordinate interviews for research studies as defined in Performance At least 5 years of experience wit h survey research or social sciences research with Spanish-speaking populations including experience and knowledge of the types of participants required for survey pretesting Existing contacts with local (DC Metro area) community organizations servicing the Spanish- speaking community with the existing relationships being in place for at least one year Proficient in using Access databases and Microsoft Excel.
