About The Position

Hippocratic AI is entering a defining phase of growth. As we scale our platform and partnerships across healthcare, the leaders we hire today will shape the trajectory of the company and the impact we can have on patient care. We are hiring an Executive Recruiter to lead high-stakes leadership searches across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing, and closing exceptional executives across GTM, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate functions. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team on some of the company’s most important hires, bringing both search rigor and strong judgment to every stage of the process. The ideal candidate combines the discipline of retained executive search with the ownership and velocity required in a high-growth startup environment. This role will play a meaningful part in shaping the leadership foundation of Hippocratic AI as we build a category-defining company in healthcare AI.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of recruiting experience with substantial focus on executive search and senior leadership hiring
  • Experience in retained executive search, in-house executive recruiting, or a combination of both
  • Demonstrated success placing C-suite and senior executives within healthcare, digital health, AI, healthcare SaaS, or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience building and scaling leadership teams for venture-backed startups
  • Breadth of executive search experience across commercial, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate leadership roles
  • Strong network of healthcare and technology C-suite leaders
  • Experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams on senior hiring decisions
  • Proven ability to own executive searches end-to-end from sourcing through close
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive communication skills
  • Alignment with a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Own executive searches across the company, partnering with senior leaders to define roles, calibrate candidates, and ultimately land exceptional leaders across GTM, engineering, AI/ML, product, clinical, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Identify and attract C-suite and senior leadership talent, using deep research, referrals, and personal networks to engage executives who are often not actively in the market.
  • Run searches end-to-end, from market mapping and outreach through interviews, references, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop talent maps across healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems, giving Hippocratic AI a proactive view of emerging leadership talent and competitive hiring dynamics.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on critical leadership hires, bringing perspective on candidate profiles, leadership traits, and market dynamics that shape strong hiring decisions.
  • Assess executive talent with rigor, conducting structured interviews and reference strategies to evaluate leadership capability and readiness for a high-growth environment.
  • Advise hiring leaders on the executive talent landscape, including compensation expectations, competitive hiring trends, and executive movement across healthcare and AI ecosystems.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior executives, strengthening Hippocratic AI’s access to world-class leadership talent as the company scales.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring senior leaders leave the process with a strong impression of Hippocratic AI and its mission.
