About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and highly-driven recruiting professional focused on identifying and securing top executive talent across global markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing confidential searches and delivering a world-class candidate experience. The position involves full lifecycle executive recruitment, from strategy and sourcing to interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation, while aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals and succession planning. You will build strong relationships with executives and industry leaders, influence key hiring decisions, and ensure recruitment practices reflect best-in-class standards. This role requires a combination of market insight, business acumen, and consultative expertise, with meaningful impact on leadership hiring outcomes and organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in executive-level recruitment or senior talent acquisition roles.
  • Deep understanding of executive search methodologies, recruitment best practices, and global talent markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge across industries and executive functions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strategic consultative capability.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with integrity and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with global compliance, market dynamics, and cultural nuances in international recruitment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to attract executive-level candidates across functions and geographies.
  • Conduct in-depth, confidential interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational goals, culture, and hiring priorities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of executive recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain continuous talent pipelines for succession planning and gap areas.
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles, search progress reports, and market insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and ethical standards across all markets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates and industry leaders.
