About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in building a world-class leadership team by sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier executive technical talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver actionable insights that drive high-impact talent decisions. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will leverage advanced sourcing tools, market intelligence, and data-driven strategies to identify candidates across multiple geographies and business units. The role combines deep research expertise with consultative influence, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and long-term organizational goals. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s executive talent pipeline, navigating complex searches, and providing guidance that informs hiring strategies at the highest levels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in executive search, technical recruiting, or equivalent in-house recruiting function.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring executive-level technical talent across multiple industries.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex search channels, including social media, industry publications, databases, and professional networks.
  • Expertise with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and AI-enabled recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a remote-first, dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand executive-level technical hiring needs and deliver targeted talent solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, build talent maps, and identify high-potential candidates across industries and geographies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools, databases, and AI-driven platforms to uncover and engage passive talent.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights to inform executive hiring strategies.
  • Manage full lifecycle executive searches from sourcing through closing, maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, candidate assessment, and talent strategy.
  • Continuously improve processes by leveraging feedback, data insights, and innovative sourcing techniques.
