About The Position

Chobani is seeking an exceptional Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership roles across our Corporate and Commercial teams—including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and other enterprise functions. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, building deep relationships, delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience, and ensuring we attract the bold, curious, high-impact talent that fuels Chobani’s mission. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, a disciplined operator, a market expert, and a relentless closer—equally comfortable advising C-suite leaders, mapping competitive landscapes, and running fast, high-quality searches in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience; mix of in-house and retained search firm preferred
  • Significant experience recruiting VP+ talent across Corporate and/or Commercial functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, People)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly develop fluency in functional domains
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives, solve complex talent challenges, and drive decisions
  • Proven record of delivering diverse slates and building inclusive recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • High urgency, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-change environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle search execution for VP+ and other senior leadership roles across Corporate and Commercial functions
  • Build comprehensive search strategies including prospect mapping, target company lists, talent pools, and marketing narratives
  • Develop position profiles, success criteria, and evaluation frameworks in partnership with hiring executives and HRBPs
  • Drive disciplined search execution: sourcing, engaging, assessing, and moving candidates through the funnel with urgency and precision
  • Deliver consistently strong, diverse slates and hold search teams accountable for inclusive, equity-focused hiring
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing talent decisions with data, insights, and market expertise
  • Coach hiring managers on assessment, interviewing, and decision-making best practices
  • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with key partners across People, Compensation, Inclusion & Belonging, Finance, and Communications
  • Manage expectations through clear communication, timelines, and search progress reporting
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the CPG and F&B talent markets—including competitive insights, organizational structures, compensation trends, and emerging talent
  • Build proactive pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs
  • Advise executives on organizational design, succession planning inputs, and external talent trends influencing Chobani’s growth
  • Deliver a signature Chobani candidate experience rooted in respect, transparency, and humanity
  • Represent Chobani’s values, mission, and culture in all external interactions
  • Ensure every candidate—regardless of outcome—leaves with positive brand affinity
  • Maintain accurate candidate and search data in ATS and CRM systems
  • Champion disciplined process adherence while continuously identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency
  • Partner with TA operations on analytics, reporting, and search performance insights
  • Manage external search firm partnerships when needed and ensure alignment with Chobani’s standards and expectations
