About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Executive Operations Manager to support the team at Patrick SFB, FL. What you will be doing: Manage the HQ STARCOM Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) and organizational workflow emails. Complete all required ETMS2 computer-based training to be able to check it daily for applicable taskers. Coordinate required responses from appropriate STARCOM functions/personnel and submit formal response in ETMS2 on/before the deadline. Create ETMS2 taskers within 3 business days of the request of STARCOM HQ-Level Leadership (04-GO/Civilian Equivalents) and track to completion. Must complete ETMS2 computer-based training. Requirements

• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3-10 years’ experience related to the primary responsibilities.
• Skilled with Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2), Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.
• EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS desired; 5+ years relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
