We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable professional to support the Chief of Staff and the CEO in managing the flow of both business and personal commitments. This role operates at the intersection of executive operations and lifestyle coordination, ensuring priorities across work, travel, and home are aligned and executed with efficiency. Working closely with and reporting into the Chief of Staff, this individual will serve as a central point of coordination—helping translate shifting priorities into well-orchestrated plans, while maintaining a high level of discretion and responsiveness. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and is comfortable navigating a dynamic environment where schedules and priorities evolve quickly. Flexibility outside of standard business hours is expected as needs arise.
