Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a highly capable, English-speaking Offshore Virtual Professional to support cross-functional operations across project management, technology, CRM administration, and sales enablement. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in optimizing workflows, supporting tech-driven processes, and helping teams leverage automation to work more efficiently. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating projects, maintaining systems, and contributing to technology and automation initiatives that streamline internal operations and improve data flow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations and technology, brings a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and feels comfortable learning and improving digital tools. Requirements

  • Full-time
  • Remote position outside the United States
  • Fluent written and spoken English required
  • Minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
  • 3+ years of experience in virtual support, project coordination, or operations roles
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based teams strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of legal tech systems
  • Research, implement, and manage automation tools to improve workflows
  • Coordinate workflows, monitor task completion, and support process improvements
  • Support proposal formatting and engagement tracking within CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Manage CRM user access, data integrity, and feature adoption
  • Manage and track firmwide project timelines across legal, sales, and administrative teams
  • Design and maintain professional sales presentations and branded templates
  • Support conversion rate optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures and internal documentation
