About The Position

The Executive Officer Support (EXOS) position serves as a backup for certain functions to the Chief of Staff, and is responsible for supporting the decision making, planning, and execution of our client’s administrative operations and larger execution of its mission. The EXOS will support and help ensure the overall administrative health of the organization, leading and completing projects, support process development and implementation within and across functions, and supporting the foundation for our client’s stakeholder management. Ultimately, the role of the EXOS is critical in supporting client leadership and ensuring the effective operation of the organization.

Requirements

  • An active and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
  • SIX (6) or more years’ experience working in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and long-term operations, tasks, and customer priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the demonstrated ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the demonstrated ability to develop working relationships and networks with internal and external staff.

Nice To Haves

  • TEN (10) or more years’ experience working in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and long-term tasks and priorities.
  • Prior experience preparing briefings, technical descriptions, overviews, summaries, and associated materials for executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or business-related field.
  • Projecting management certification, or equivalent training.
  • Experience with modernization efforts that cross functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or Action Officer role within the IC.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, work on, and complete multiple taskings at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency working within Microsoft 365 and with standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
