As an Executive IT Support Liaison, you are the primary contact for our Company Leadership Team. Your tasks encompass solving technical challenges, addressing security matters, and managing technology. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Support Delivery Serve as the primary technical support liaison for CLT representatives and their administrative aides, providing outstanding responsiveness and issue resolution Deploy, support, and resolve issues with equipment including workstations, phones, mobile devices, printers, scanners, faxes, office A/V equipment, and multifunction devices Complete repeatable support processes through playbooks for reoccurring activities Leverage PPI (Practical Process Improvement) to enable constant improvement in support delivery Advise executive colleagues on technology standard processes, emerging tools, and recommended procedures Perform preventative maintenance in conjunction with Global IT standards Maintain the highest level of adaptability by being attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and by demonstrating a sense of urgency and integrity. Supply extensive aid to CLT members and executive assistants prior to and throughout crucial meetings, covering setup, monitoring, and technical issue resolution Consistently provide timely updates to CLT members and their executive assistants regarding issue resolution, scheduled maintenance, security updates, and technology recommendations
