About The Position

What You Will Do Keep the department on budget by managing labor, cutting costs, and finding savings like a hospitality ninja. Ensure a 5-star guest experience by leading a team that delivers spotless rooms and warm service. Train and coach Associates on cleanliness standards, brand expectations, and why details matter. Manage the department with confidence—handle staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed (all with heart). Partner with other departments to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the laundry moving. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hotel management experience – You know how to run a department without breaking a sweat (or a vacuum). Housekeeping leadership background – Because making beds is one thing, managing a team that makes hundreds is another. High school diploma (or higher) – A solid academic base to support solid business decisions. Strong tech skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems helps keep the details crisp. Flexibility and stamina – You’re ready for whatever shift or task the day throws at you, and you can lift up to 50 lbs (towels are heavier than they look). What Atrium Leadership Looks Like: Accountable Achiever: You take ownership and deliver results. Agile Thinker: You adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Talent Curator: You attract, develop, and retain top talent. Transparent Leader: You communicate openly and honestly. Leading with SPIRIT: You embody our core values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork. Why Atrium: Hear it from Jennifer: I feel valued and recognized through verbal acknowledgment, constructive feedback, team celebrations, personalized appreciation, opportunities for growth, peer recognition, and competitive compensation and benefits.
