About The Position

A warm and professional family is seeking a highly capable Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to support the smooth daily operation of their home. The household consists of three people and maintains a calm, organized environment. The family occasionally hosts guests and values a home that is consistently well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The family is looking for someone who can naturally anticipate household needs, manage tasks with strong time management, and take pride in maintaining a beautiful and well run home. This role is Monday through Friday, with a minimum guarantee of approximately 30 hours per week. The family is open to a candidate who prefers up to 40 hours weekly, which would be welcomed if the right match is found. During the summer months, the family may travel periodically and would appreciate a candidate who is comfortable managing the home independently while they are away, ensuring everything remains maintained and ready upon their return. The family values discretion, professionalism, and strong boundaries. They are seeking someone who can blend seamlessly into the home environment while delivering consistently excellent work.

  • US work authorization
  • Experience in high-end homes and with fine furnishings and linens
  • Laundry and wardrobe experience is required for this role
  • Experience with service and comfortable interacting with both vendors and guests
  • Attention to detail and discretion required
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Long term commitment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full home cleaning and maintenance
  • Detailed care of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces
  • Laundry care including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization
  • Closet organization and general household organization projects
  • Restocking household supplies and groceries and managing inventory of essentials
  • Maintaining organization of common areas and storage spaces
  • Preparing the home before and after family travel
  • Light meal preparation
  • Running occasional errands
  • Handling all packages, dry cleaning and vendors at the property
  • Supporting general household upkeep and presentation
  • Ensuring the home is guest ready when needed
  • Maintaining clear communication regarding household priorities and timing of tasks
